Very sharp, they can cut anything

What a great set of knives! Everything I need is included in this bright and colorful Color Elite 7 piece kitchen knife set. These knives are made of stainless steel. They can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher and they will not rust. The handles are plastic and rubber, they are strong, easy to grip and comfortable. I like that these knives have a non-stick coating, so if I have to "cut the cheese", the cheese does not stick to the blade. These knives are very sharp.

8 Inch Chef Knife
8 Inch Bread Knife
8 Inch Carving Knife
5 Inch Utility Knife
3.5 Inch Paring Knife
4 Inch Pizza Knife
2 Inch Peeler
These may look like ceramic knives but the are steel so I don't have to be careful what I cut with them. The peeler seems to be a hard plastic and I don't think that blade is steel, maybe that one is ceramic. The bright colors are a fun and nice change compared to the usual steel looking blades. I really like them a lot.
