Hot Yoga Towel is really nice. It is gray with blue stitching, so it is great for a woman or man to use. It is the same size as a regular yoga mat, 24 x 72 inches. It is a great size for anyone. I am 6 feet tall and it is the perfect size for me. The material is strong and can stand up to being rough with it. It is very absorbent, soft and slip resistant. It is machine washable, that is important to me. I will use my mat in different ways besides exercising. It is easy to roll up so I can take it anywhere. My favorite place to take it is to the beach. It is perfect for laying on. It absorbs the water, dries quickly and keeps the sand off of me. I received this item for free to try in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
