This Hot Yoga towel is perfect. It is 72 X 38 inches. It is big enough for anyone to use at 6 feet long. It is a non-slip yoga towel. The material is perfect. It is soft and super absorbent and is microfiber material. Usually microfiber cloths feel uncomfortable on my dry chapped hands but this towel feels good. The edges have nice stitching and it will not fray or come apart. It is a nice neutral gray color. It fits perfectly on most yoga mats. When I am done using it I can toss it in the washer. I like it because it is thick enough to use for other things, not just yoga. When I want to sit down at a picnic table, a bench, on the ground and my favorite place, the beach. It is a good strong comfortable towel. I received this item for free to try in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
