This Smart Digital Thermometer is pretty cool. It can do more than just measure ear temperatures. There is a temperature probe that can gently go inside the ear. There is also an extension piece to make the probe reach farther. The probe or extension plugs into an iPhones earphone jack. This thermometer is only for use with iPhones. There is an app you need to download that goes with the probe. There is no app to use this thermometer with Android phones. When we went to download the app, it looked foreign but when I opened it, it was in English. We plugged the probe in and a start button popped up. It was displaying Celsius so we changed it to Fahrenheit. It reads temps really fast and it seemed to be accurate. The settings could be changed for other things besides ears and it can continuously monitor temperatures too. It is a cool little device. I received this item at a discounted rate to try in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
