The Surpahs Sense-ON multi-function digital scale has everything I need to motivate myself and help me lose weight. It looks very nice. The surface is black glass and there are buttons on the front. There is a set button to choose a profile, height, age and choose male or female. You can also view, body fat, muscle and bone mass and hydration level. It can keep profiles for 8 different people. The scale uses 2 large coin batteries that are included and installed. This scale can measure up to 400 pounds. On the bottom of the scale is a button to choose pounds or kg. The scale should be placed on a flat firm floor but there are 4 pieces included that go on the bottom so that the scale can be used on a carpeted floor. I just purchased a gym membership to lose weight and get into shape. This scale will help me to motivate myself and let me track my progress.
