Whenever I order clothes online I am always prepared to return them because they usually are not true to size which means they are too small. These HDE women's yoga shorts actually fit me. I have never owned a pair of yoga shorts before and really wanted a pair but they were never in my size. These have sizes all the way up to XXL. These shorts are made of cotton and spandex. They are very comfortable, especially the waist piece that folds down. That piece also helps camouflage my figure (ahem). Another issue with yoga shorts is that they are usually very short, these are a little longer than the usual shorts, thank goodness because nobody wants to see that. They look nice, they are comfortable and I really like them. I received this item as a sample for free to try in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
