I have never tried anything like these diet drops before. The Ultra6 diet drops are suppose to help with rapid weight loss. My experience is that so far it has not been rapid but a little weight loss, and that is fine by me. Any weight loss is still losing weight. The drops are in a 2 ounce glass bottle. There is a glass dropper for dispensing the exact amount. The directions are to take 1-1.25 ml 3 times a day under the tongue for 10 seconds and then swallow. Then no food or drink for 10 minutes. 1 ml is 25 drops from the dropper. The taste is fine. It does not taste bad at all. I am still using them but sometimes I forget to, I need to get into the habit of taking them for them to work fully. Included with these drops is a diet guide which is useful.
