I can take out some foam to adjust the thickness

This pillow is so comfortable. It is soft and adjustable. The outside of the pillow is a soft and very comfortable cover. It can be removed and washed in the washing machine. Inside of the cover is a zipper that opens up to where the pillow is full of shredded memory foam. When the pillow arrived it was very thin and rolled up. I opened it and shortly after that the pillow expanded to it's regular size. It was a little too full for me so I took out some foam until I reached the thickness I wanted. Then I just zipped it back up and I have been happy with it ever since. It give my head and neck the right amount of support. It is so much better than my old stuffed pillow. No matter how much it gets squished, it always return to it's fluffy shape. I received this item at a discounted rate to try in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
