I like the Jiva non-slip yoga mat, it actually includes extras. There is a bag with a drawstring and a shoulder strap for carrying it anywhere. The mat also has a carrying strap that slips onto the mat. The mat is textured so there is no slipping. It is 1/4 inch thick and comfortable. It is a navy blue color so it is for a man or woman and it measures 68 inches long and 25 inches wide. I am 6 feet tall and I fit on it unless I am completely laying down. In that case I would appreciate an extra 4 inches. I still gave it 5 stars because of the bonus bag and carrier. It is not only good for exercising but little kids sure like to play and lay on it. I received this item at a discounted rate to try in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
