Perfect for my toast and cheese

The Ozeri Green Earth frying pan is really a nice pan. It has a ceramic non-stick coating and is made of heavy duty aluminum. The non-stick surface makes it is easier to cook on and clean. I ordered the nice big 12 inch around pan that is 2 inches deep. The handle is very strong. The handles on my other pans always seem loose where this handle is very tight and secure. There is no lid included with the pan. This can also be placed inside the oven with temperatures of 350 degrees or less. There is a cloth piece included to set on the pan surface so if other pans are set on top of the one, it will not get scratched or damaged. I recommend washing this pan in the sink and use a sponge or dish cloth. A steel wool pad or a scrubber will scratch up the surface. We needed a new pan for our favorite, toast and cheese, and this pan can fit a lot at a time. I like this pan and I am happy with it.
