We really need this snore reliever in my house. There have literally been many sleepless nights because my husband snores very loud and I just cannot relax or fall asleep. Nothing has helped enough to be a permanent solution. A nice feature about these nose pieces is hat there are different sizes so you can find the perfect size. They open the nostrils so plenty of air can get through. There is a piece on the outside so the pieces do not get sucked into the nose. They are fast and easy to clean and there is a storage case included. I tried a set on and noticed a big difference on how much air I breathe into my nose. It was quite refreshing. The only issue is a personal one and it is getting my husband to put them in before bed. I usually forget to say something. They really do help open the nose u to get more air. I received this item for free to try in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
