          I can't wait to use this Cloudnine sand anchor this summer. I have an umbrella that I have wanted to take to the beach but it would never have stood up in the sand. This summer I can take my umbrella and use it. It is made out of plastic. It is about 14 inches tall and can hold 3/4 up to 1.25 inch umbrella poles. The anchor screws into the ground. I didn't have sand to try it in so I put mine gently into the ground. It was easy to do. After you put the umbrella pole into the anchor hole, there is a knob on the side that you twist so the umbrella will not move around. If the umbrella  is really heavy the tightening knob probably will not support all the weight. I will be taking this with me every time I go to the lake so I can stay cooler in the shade and protect my son from harmful sun rays. I received this item at a discounted rate to try in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
