Helped ease my neck soreness

One of the best thing about these Dragontree Apothecary Muscle Melt patches is how they stick onto the skin. I am pretty sure sweating would not affect how the patch sticks. Each patch is 4 x 2.8 inches. To use one you peel the back off. It feels like sticky gel and looks a grayish color. I put a patch on the base of my neck because it has been very sore and because There is hair on my neck and the patch would be painful to remove. It a little bit of discomfort when I pulled the patch off. I felt the little hairs on my upper back get pulled but it wasn't a big deal. The instructions say to leave the patch on for up to 16 hours but my was on for only a fraction of that time. When I first applied it I did not feel anything for about 15 minutes, then I started feeling the cooling effect. It was strong but it did not hurt and I still felt it when I removed the patch. I just joined a gym so I am going to need these. I received this item for free to try in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
